Implementation

Implementation is critical to the successful adoption of any system and our project teams have gained vast experience in the implementation of our products. The ilicence implementation process begins, continues and ends with a full consultation.

It is during the implementation process that users may get their first experience of a new way of working and we understand that implementation is mostly about people and 'change management' and only partly about the new software. We work with our clients to plan the project so as to minimise the disruption that is inevitable during the transition from one system to another.

The process itself involves ensuring that we understand user requirements and subsequently to ensure that we have met those requirements. Factors such as data transfer, engaging third parties, customisation and training are also incorporated into this process.
