Supportilicence is widely acknowledged as a highly intuitive and straightforward application but there are inevitably times when assistance is required. Following implementation, our support team is available to provide reassurance and assistance to new users.
This may be to provide answers to queries, offer over-the-phone training or simply some "hand-holding" through the first steps is required. Further down the line, support can take the form of minor customisation or changes to the system. During our normal office hours of 09.00 and 17.30 and usually beyond, we are on-hand to provide email and telephone support.
